Shipping Policy


DUE TO COVID-19, DELIVERY COMPANIES ARE TAKING LONGER THAN NORMAL. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.

Once we receive an order, it generally takes us about 24-48 hours to process your order. All domestic orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority mail or UPS Ground. You will be notified, via email, once your order ships. This email will provide a tracking number, that will allow you to track your shipment. 

If an incorrect address was inadvertently entered into an order that is placed in our system, it is the buyers responsibility to track down their order at the incorrect address. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all the information entered at the time an order is placed is correct. We are unable to re-ship an order, in this circumstance. But, we will process a refund, as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in new and un-used condition (see Refund Policy).
