Returns || Exchanges
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once we review your request, we will email you a RA# (Return Authorization number). When you receive the RA#, please ship the return back to us, with the RA# clearly written on the outside of the package. Any return package that is received, without a RA#, clearly written on the outside will be refused.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Due to processing times for banks, it can take up to a week take for your refund to post to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If after a week, your refund has still has not posted to your account, contact your credit card company or your bank. If you’ve this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

For a return or even exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We will reimburse customers for the return shipping costs associated with damaged or defective merchandise.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
